Civil engineering has been termed the “mother of all engineering
disciplines” dating back to the first rudimentary buildings constructed
by early man. Even with such humble beginnings, civil engineering
has expanded to the point that large, previously unthinkable projects,
such as launching men into space or conquering Mars, are now within our
grasp. Locally playing a role in the expansion of our science, Sentell
Engineering was founded in 1981 originally offering multi-faceted civil
engineering and design services to our clients. Since that time, our firm
has expanded into other engineering disciplines, but will always be firmly
